Description
As a junior brand manager, reporting to the senior brand manager, your main responsibilities are:

  • Participate actively to developing the brands portfolio strategy (global, pricing, product and communication) and analyze market trends
  • Work closely with the group brand manager to translate strategy into actions plan, develop, execute and evaluate appropriate plans for your brand
  • Understand the category and consumers’ trends in order to implement successful innovations
  • Analysis : be able to read and analyze market data in order to pilot efficiency the business (Nielsen or GFK)
  • Actively collaborate to the trade marketing plan realization
  • Follow up marketing budgets for your brand
  • Reach brand objectives (volume growth, profit and market share)
  • Develop a solid collaboration with external agencies (media, advertising, research) and internal departments (transversal coordination)

The Successful Applicant

  • Master Level
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and Dutch (for meetings, presentations, contacts with suppliers,…)
  • Experience with Nielsen or GFK
  • Analytical mind
