CRM Project Manager

The Maffia and an international player in premium label solutions are searching for a proactive and dynamic CRM Project Manager in West-Flanders to support our aims of increasing user engagement across the Global sales teams, as well as the development and implementation of new functionality. As part of a truly global team, this new role will require close collaboration with the Corporate IT team, Divisional sales leaders and the Marketing Group to ensure we meet our ambitious goals.

What do we expect from you:

  • Being a CRM Champion across the business, supporting stakeholders to ensure they understand and leverage the full benefits of the platform.
  • Supporting Sales Leaders and Sales Teams to improve CRM adoption and competency. Identify usage and accuracy gaps, and address these through future training and best practice sharing.
  • Development of new tools within the Salesforce CRM platform, including dashboards and reports, for a variety of audiences including Executive Leadership, Sales Leadership and Sales Account Managers.
  • Participate in project teams alongside other key stakeholders to effectively implement new functionality as part of our system expansion roadmap.
  • Engage with all key user groups to identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement and/or additional functionality
  • Support the integration of existing offline tools and processes into the CRM platform, including Account planning process and Sales process tools.
  • Developing, running and analysis both system usage and KPI reports, and communicating the results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with Sales CI Leadership and external consultancy partners to implement and track effectiveness of Improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the development of the SharePoint resource library, as tools to support the Sales Team.

Your profile:

  • Full time role.
  • Europe based, but working with International teams.
  • +3 Years’ Experience working with CRM, either as a Super user or in a user focussed supporting role (Marketing, Sales Operations).
  • Understanding of the B2B Sales Process and Buying Cycle.
  • Project Management skills.
  • A natural organiser who enjoys coordination and planning complex projects.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Primary Job Language English. Languages skill not essential but would advantageous (French, German, Italian or Spanish).
