The role of the Communication Officer includes

• Brand management: ensure brand consistency, advice, and follow-up on (re)branding projects;
• Development of communication materials for various stakeholders (collaterals, presentations, videos, …),
• Social media and website management;
• Organisation and coordination of physical and virtual events, exhibitions, and conferences;
• Creation of newsletters;
• Cascading and implementation of group communication tools, guidelines, and activities;
• Media handling: draft/review press releases, handle media queries, establish and maintain media relations, media monitoring, advertising, …);
• Crisis communication;
• Drafting speeches, newsletters, papers and other documents;

Profile

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a communication-related domain;
• Has experience in a communication role, preferably in an international environment;
• Has knowledge of and is interested in graphical design;
• Is familiar with web design, content management, and social media;
• Is a creative jack-of-all-trades who effortlessly combines multiple tasks;
• Has good written communication skills;
• Is meticulous and fluent in English;
• Can work independently.
