Tasks:

  • As UX copywriter FR you will be part of the “UX copy team”. You will work on the banking applications for clients and employees. You will collaborate with other copy writers, designers and their stakeholders.
  • In a changing world, in an agile way of working and close collaboration with a various team of experts, your job will be on using the right language, expressing the company’s voice and using the proper tone, depending on the context for our different app screens. All this to create a state of the art digital customer experience for our customers. Ultimately this will allow us to increase customers satisfaction, maximize sales results and Net Promotor Score.
  • Based on data and customers’ feedback, you will constantly adapt and improve the language used and ensure a unified voice across projects, in line with our communication tone of voice.
  • You will also be responsible for the content management of our UX Copy (update, align, rephrase Dutch to French, check & integrate translations). We use an in-house CMS for this purpose.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in UX copywriting, preferably for apps. Experience in financial apps is a plus
  • Proven experience in content management
  • Understanding of UX copy writing techniques
  • An understanding of UX & UI fundamentals and mobile first principles
  • Conceptual thinker: able to understand a full customer journey in collaboration with other conceptual thinkers experienced in other domains (eg Concept designers, UX-UI designers)
  • Stellar writing skills in French; fluent in Dutch and English
  • Data driven: ability to use analytics to improve the copy
