Function description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audiences.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media ads
• Create visually appealing and effective email templates and graphics.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide revisions and updates based on feedback from the marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing work in social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in driving marketing goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the finance or investment industry is a plus but not required.
