Job description
- Focus on business and brand content for the company pages.
- Plan, create and deliver professional and engaging social content (post, images, video, reels…) with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X. You either work with agencies to develop content assets or create low-cost assets in-house.
- Support and execute the social media strategy, in line with the objectives and data insights.
- Identify and react timely to tactical opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and source impactful content and ensure coherence throughout all touchpoints.
- Create and/or advise on new ways to deliver messaging through social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and make recommendations to increase the engagement of audiences. You would also be provided with trainings and events to keep you updated.
- Support the inbound social media (customer service) team with community management expertise when needed.
- Monitor and analyse sentiment on our platforms.
- Establish reporting on all content produced in order to optimise content (ongoing learning).
Requirements
- You’re an experienced social media professional, working in an agency or in-house. You have proven track record of managing social pages for brands and delivering a content calendar and assets upon a content strategy. You are up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You have a very good working knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X and are aware of the opportunities lying in TikTok and YouTube.
- You have a creative eye and are passionate about creating engaging brand content. You are able to express our company’s views creatively. You have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and can take care of simple content creation yourself without having to involve the agency. You’ll also be able to constantly push our social pages to innovate with content through great creative ideas.
- You have strong copywriting and editing skills in either French or Dutch and the other national language and English.
- You are a hands-on proactive person and you drive positive energy. You are a team player, with the ability to build bridges between teams and create buy-in and consensus on social content.
- You have experience with analytics software and metrics in order to drive the social media equity.
- Experience in crisis management is a plus. Experience in working agile and using collaborative tools (Wrike) is a definite plus.
