Job beschrijving:

You develop a comprehensive view of the ecosystem of your project and get your abstract ideas on paper so that they become tangible and visual for all stakeholders. You give form to early ideas by:

• Gathering requirements from stakeholders through any form of ideation fit for the need
• Gathering insights from qualitative and quantitative user testing, benchmarking & data analytics
• Defending the voice of the customer and aligning it with the needs of your business stakeholders
• Curating Information Architecture: categorizing and structuring the content to ensure intuitive usability
• Drafting high-level (as in low fidelity) wireframes
• Confront the impact of the proposed solution against our current metrics

Your final deliverable is the concept report that solidifies your approach, your research, testing, and proposed user flows from entry point to completion.
You take the lead in the ideation phase of the project and support the UXUI designer in the refinement after your concept has been validated.

Wie ben jij?

• You have experience ideating with a group of stakeholders as well as independently, are at ease with a few techniques and are willing to learn or adapt to our methodology
• You feel at home in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFE, Spotify model)
• You have a Mobile First and an accessibility mindset
• Minimum 3 years of experience / seniority in concept design, service design and/or information architecture.
• Mandatory Business Experience: Proven track of broad experience in similar missions
•  You digest and synthesize all the info you gather into a comprehensive narrative
• You have excellent briefing skills, both as briefer and briefed
• You are an active and empathic listener
