Job beschrijving:

The role is two-fold combining both PMO and Project Management activities:

• Support the Program Manager in the conduct of all activities
• Prepare and document meetings, deep-dive into content, facilitate governance 
• Follow-up on action points and facilitate decision making
• Follow-up on planning and key milestones achievement and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Consolidate and prepare progress reporting and stakeholder presentations
• Drive one or more specific topics of the program adhering to program standards and ambitions:
• Produce deliverables: problem statement, solution analysis, recommendation,…

Wie ben jij?

• Min. 5 years of proven experience in this role, preferable in large transformation projects
• Mandatory technical experience – MS office: PPT, Teams, XLS, Word
• Mandatory business experience
• Structured with excellent organisational and time-management skills
• At ease with all layers of the organisation
• Able to work independently
• Effective written communication skills
