Job beschrijving:

You write engaging, user-focused copy that enhances the experience of our products. You do so by:

• Writing and editing user interface (UI) text, including microcopy, error messages, user instructions, … in the different phases of the development life cycle (ideation, refinement, delivery).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly copy that is in line with design and product goals.
• Iterating on and adjusting UX copy based on user feedback from user tests.
• Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all UX copy.
• Rephrasing copy written by your Dutch colleagues in French.
• Updating our content database with your copy.

Wie ben jij?

•  You understand the UX Writing techniques and have proven experience as a UX Writer, or in a similar role. You have a strong portfolio showcasing UX Writing examples.
• You are familiar with UX & UI fundamentals and mobile first principles and are able to adapt your UX copy on that knowledge.
• You are able to understand a full customer journey in collaboration with conceptual thinkers experienced in other domains (eg Concept designers, UX-UI designers).
• You are familiar with the design process and have worked with design teams before.
• You like to collaborate with different experts and take into account their point of view to create maximal impact.
• You work independently, accurate and ensure high quality deliverables (attention to details is crucial).
• You get your energy from meeting deadlines and being flexible.
