Responsibilities:

• You take the lead in audiovisual projects from challenging briefings to developing storyboards to overseeing production and reporting of results.
• Create compelling and visually appealing videos by either filming and editing yourself using a smartphone or (photo) camera or working together with video production companies in case of larger-scale video projects.
• Oversee the creative and production process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure consistency in style, brand, and quality.
• Deliver video content tailored for various platforms: website, intranet, and social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• Use generative AI tools to enhance video content and streamline production processes (ideation, concept, storyboarding, filming, and editing).
• Analyse video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Explore and implement new technologies, including generative AI, to enhance creativity and improve video production processes.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in video technology and content creation and share them with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Who are you?:

• Proven experience in video production and editing (from concept to execution).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in video content creation.
• Technical knowledge of industry-related software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Canva, Capcut…).
• Ability to direct partners and suppliers.
• Familiarity with social media and short form content.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a willingness to challenge briefings and bring new ideas to the table.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts to develop compelling scripts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with many different departments to achieve goals.
• Active knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• Highly organised, with an eye for detail and customer-oriented.
