Junior Marketing Associate

The Maffia and a company in household products in Antwerp are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate. The Junior Marketing associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing operations by driving punctual marketing projects and supporting event organization. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has strong communication and project management skills.

  • Location: Antwerp & Remote (40%)
  • Contract: Freelance or Payroll.
  • Start:  asap
  • End:  
    • Freelance: 3 months (extendable)
    • Payroll: permanent contract
  • Availability: 80-100%
  • Experience: 1 year or more
  • Languages: NL/EN

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entry level or 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination role.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Graphic Design tools (Canva, In Design, Adobe Suite)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Project Management
    • Drive punctual marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
    • Contribute actively to localization of assets
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including content development and proofreading.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects such as Branding of the Branch offices
  1. Event Coordination
    • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Manage event logistics, including invitations, registration, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
    • Analyze event performance and generate post-event reports with key insights and recommendations.
  2. Sales Support
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and marketing team to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
    • Support the development of sales tools and resources (brochures)
