Junior Marketing Associate
The Maffia and a company in household products in Antwerp are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate. The Junior Marketing associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing operations by driving punctual marketing projects and supporting event organization. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Entry level or 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination role.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Graphic Design tools (Canva, In Design, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Project Management
- Drive punctual marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Contribute actively to localization of assets
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including content development and proofreading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects such as Branding of the Branch offices
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage event logistics, including invitations, registration, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
- Analyze event performance and generate post-event reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Sales Support
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and marketing team to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
- Support the development of sales tools and resources (brochures)
