Marketing Advisor Associate
The Maffia and a company in household products in Antwerp are looking for a Marketing Advisor Associate. Plan, execute, and follow up on sales support activities with the goal of increasing sales across all distribution channels within the network.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar marketing role.
- Event expertise: Skilled in organizing events and trade fairs.
- Detail-oriented: Adept at localizing and adapting content to suit market-specific needs.
- Proactive: Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible: Able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with ease.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Basic knowledge of French with a willingness to improve.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
• Execute tactical and operational marketing strategies to boost network sales.
• Support the implementation of advisor marketing activities and product campaigns globally.
• Coordinate and adapt integrated sales, recruitment, and incentive campaigns to activate and engage the salesforce.
• Manage and monitor incentives such as activity campaigns, recruiting efforts, seasonal campaigns, and competitions.
• Ensure alignment with the Marketing Director for communication content.
Campaign and Activity Management
• Plan, organize, and implement sales-relevant measures, including product launches and event management.
• Monitor and enhance sales incentive systems, promotions, competitions, and demo activities.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate brand presence and placements in alternative distribution channels, such as fairs, salons, and internal stores.
Event Organization and Coordinnation
• Plan and organize events for the sales force, including team meetings, conferences, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate motivational events and workshops aimed at increasing engagement within the salesforce.
• Ensure that all events align with marketing and sales goals while maintaining the organization’s brand identity.
• Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships for sales-focused events.
• Evaluate the success of events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with all marketing and sales streams to ensure content quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with country teams to coordinate annual marketing plans for key products (Kobold and Thermomix).
• Contribute to short and long-term business and marketing plans for assigned products.
• Participate in international marketing projects, as applicable.
