Your Tasks: 

  • Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee all open vacancies from start to finish for your business unit, including job postings, follow-ups, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define and implement the recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Process Optimization: Develop, adapt, and optimize recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Channel and Partner Selection: Identify and select the best recruitment channels and partners to attract top talent.
  • Employer Branding: Manage and enhance the employer branding to attract and retain the best candidates.
  • Project Management: Independently manage various projects related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management .
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the organization. Together, manage the recruitment budget and develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention
  • Headcount and Workforce Planning: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention.
  • External Partnerships: Develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
  • Employer Branding: translate the Personal Finance Employer Branding at the level of AlphaCredit

Experience:

  • Writing & editing skills
  • Strong expertise in MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of communication techniques & tools
  • Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within financial industry

Hard Skills:

  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French
  • University education or significant managerial experience
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience: HR Strategy, Project and Process experience and preferable in the financial sector
  • Strong MS Office skills (mandatory) and ATS skills (Preferable)
