Your Tasks:
- Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee all open vacancies from start to finish for your business unit, including job postings, follow-ups, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define and implement the recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Process Optimization: Develop, adapt, and optimize recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Channel and Partner Selection: Identify and select the best recruitment channels and partners to attract top talent.
- Employer Branding: Manage and enhance the employer branding to attract and retain the best candidates.
- Project Management: Independently manage various projects related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management .
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the organization. Together, manage the recruitment budget and develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
- Analysis and Reporting: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention
- Headcount and Workforce Planning: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention.
- External Partnerships: Develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
- Employer Branding: translate the Personal Finance Employer Branding at the level of AlphaCredit
Experience:
- Writing & editing skills
- Strong expertise in MS Office
- Very good knowledge of communication techniques & tools
- Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within financial industry
Hard Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- University education or significant managerial experience
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience: HR Strategy, Project and Process experience and preferable in the financial sector
- Strong MS Office skills (mandatory) and ATS skills (Preferable)
