Your Tasks: 

• Ensure day-to-day contact with our end customers
• 1st contact point for our customers
• Provide correct answers to customers questions

Your skills:

• Strong Spoken and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French
• Bachelor degree or experience in Customer Service
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
• Quality minded and Commercial spirit
• Able to work independently
• Stress resistant and flexible
• Analytical approach
