Your Tasks: 

• Based on existing campaigns (SQL code), you create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign.
• Next to migration of the campaigns, you strive to improve the workflows to make them more efficient and where possible to have more personalized approach for client.
• You work together with colleagues in order to better understand the existing campaigns/best practices.
• You work carefully and with an eye for detail, since the result of your work is delivered directly to clients
• You are responsible for your own workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
• You are fully aware of current Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, …)
• You share your expertise with other colleagues in the team to support the transition and learning of the Adobe Campaign

Mandatory Technical Experience:

• Several years of experience with Adobe Campaign
• Knowledge of the programming language SQL is a must

Mandatory Business Experience:

• Experience with creation of complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign
• Aware of Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, …)
