Your Tasks: 

• You oversee all open vacancies for your business from start to finish, including publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
• You independently handle various projects related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management.
• You collaborate closely with your colleague Staffing Business Partner, who manages other departments within the organization. Together, you manage the recruitment budget and work on enhancing partnerships with external selection and recruitment suppliers.
• You actively engage in analyzing questions related to headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention.

Required Knowledge:

• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• University education or considerable managerial experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• 3-10 years of recruiter experience
• Manage vacancies from A-Z  for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, the contract proposal
• Strong analytical skills
