Your Tasks:

The performance analyst will primarily work within a cluster, closely collaborating with performance analysts focused on Run & Change activities.
Facilitating decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
Identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Documenting, supporting, and training users on utilizing various tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.

Required Knowledge:

You excel at collaborating and inspiring your colleagues while maintaining a sharp analytical mind.
Data holds no secrets for you, and you know how to transform it into impactful information that influences decisions.
You easily make connections and aren’t afraid to question things, adjusting actions for continuous improvement.
Your strong interest in marketing and communication allows you to grow with your colleagues while sharing your expertise in performance analysis.
Proficient in at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Mastery of SQL language.
Mastery of Excel.
You have a good command of French, Dutch, and English.
