Your tasks

  • You’re a social media professional, with excellent English, experience in PR and social media in an agency or in-house, delivering a content calendar and assets upon a content strategy.
  • You create and plan professional and relevant social content for the personal LinkedIn pages of senior management and C-level executives.
  • You translate the social media strategy into strong, goal-oriented posts aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • You spot social media trends and opportunities and respond quickly and creatively.
  • You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver impactful content across all touchpoints.
  • You manage multiple LinkedIn profiles for executives at once and maintain oversight of various daily publications.
  • You ensure structured reporting, analyse performance, and optimise content based on insights.
  • You take care of simple content creation yourself (both visual and copy), using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You actively contribute to developing social thought leadership through inspiring, strategic content.

Your skills: 

  • You have a very good knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • You have proven experience managing social media profiles for senior leaders or C-suite executives, and know how to capture and reflect their voice effectively.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English, and have a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.
  • You are highly familiar with LinkedIn and understand how personal-professional content can drive engagement.
  • You have a background in PR and content strategy, either in-house or agency-side.
  • You work creatively and independently, but also collaborate smoothly with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and can produce simple visual content yourself.
  • You interpret data accurately and use it to improve content performance.
  • You communicate professionally and clearly with senior stakeholders, both in writing and in meetings.
  • You perform well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • You have a genuine interest in the financial sector and are eager to create content in a business-driven environment.
  • Experience in crisis communication and knowledge of agile workflows or tools like Wrike are a plus.
