The Maffia uses artificial intelligence (AI) to match professionals and assignments faster and better. This page explains which commitments we make about your data when doing so.
AI supports our people, it does not replace them. Every outcome produced by AI is reviewed by a member of The Maffia before we use it in our work.
Data provided to The Maffia by clients and professionals is processed exclusively for the purpose for which it was given: matching professionals with clients. The Maffia never processes that data for purposes outside that given context, such as training or improving AI models, or for any purpose you have not consented to.
All processing of personal data, including where we use AI, takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means every processing activity has a legal basis, we only process the data that is necessary, data is stored securely within the European Union, and our systems and processes are designed accordingly.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to a processing activity. Contact us and we will help you.
