In most cases you receive a first shortlist within 48 to 72 hours. We immediately match your briefing against nearly 10,000 profiles in our network and only contact the professionals who fit in terms of both content and availability. For very specific profiles it can take a few days longer.

A short briefing is enough: the role, the desired start date, the duration, the location or remote arrangement and an indication of the budget. The sharper that information, the more targeted the shortlist. You can fill in the briefing online or go through it with us in a 30-minute call.

Yes, our network includes freelance professionals as well as people open to a permanent job. In the briefing you indicate which form of collaboration you are looking for. Permanent hires are subject to different terms than the fixed daily margin for freelance assignments.

Usually three to five profiles per assignment. We deliberately do not send piles of CVs, only professionals we have spoken to ourselves and who are genuinely interested in the assignment. For each profile you receive the motivation, the availability and the day rate.

We schedule an introductory meeting, and once there is agreement we handle the contractual side with the professional. You receive one invoice per service period. Follow-up during the assignment stays with the same point of contact.

Yes, we work in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, and many assignments are partly or fully remote. Our professionals communicate in Dutch, English or French. When matching, we take the language requirements of the assignment into account.

Let us know straight away: we will look for an alternative free of charge. Because we invoice per day worked, you never pay for days that were not worked. There is no cancellation fee on the matching itself.
