Define the lines of a targeted and impactful social media strategy.
Create engaging content for various digital formats in consultation with the communication team and experts, and coordinate the production.
Manage social media channels and create formats and posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Coordinate copy, visuals, and video.
Closely monitor the impact of digital and social media campaigns and report on them regularly.
Follow digital technological trends and translate these into new ideas to strengthen the organization's digital strategy.
Build a network with digital communication professionals from the more than 40 member sector federations as well as with influencers via social media.

Je profiel

Hold a bachelor's or master's degree or have demonstrable relevant experience.
Have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a professional knowledge of French.
Are a digital native with a strong interest in social media and video.
Have experience with social media analysis tools, InDesign, Canva, html, and Adobe Première (an advantage).
Have a genuine interest in current affairs and the business world.
Possess excellent editing and communication skills.
Can plan and organize well independently and take a proactive approach.
Are creative, enthusiastic, and a real team player.
Possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
