The Maffia en branding agency are looking for a freelance performance marketer.

Your role

Setting up, managing and optimising digital campaigns for our clients via ad platforms.
Monitoring advertising budgets and campaign performance.
Setting up and checking conversion tracking and relevant KPIs.
Analysing results, conversions and lead generation.
Running A/B tests and identifying optimisation opportunities.
Drawing up clear reports with concrete insights and recommendations.
Proactively thinking along about how campaigns can perform better.
Regularly aligning with the team to discuss results and make adjustments.
Working within a clear division of roles: strategy, marketing concepts, content planning, copywriting and visual design are handled by the agency, while you bring performance, technical campaign execution and data analysis.

Your profile

Analytically strong and results-driven, with enthusiasm for successful digital campaigns, conversions and quality leads.
Understands what the numbers are telling you and translates insights into concrete optimisations.
Extensive experience with performance marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Combines technical knowledge with analytical and strategic insight.
Looks beyond clicks and reach and focuses on effective results.
Thinks along proactively and solution-oriented about improvements and new opportunities.
Works independently, is a true team player, communicates clearly and works accurately.
Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns.
Good knowledge and experience of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Looker Studio, conversion tracking, A/B testing, remarketing and marketing funnels.
Experience with email marketing, CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus.
Speaks fluent Dutch and preferably lives within commuting distance of our office.
