The Maffia en architectenbureau is looking for a freelance PR and business development manager.

Your role

Develop and implement the firm's PR and communication strategy (press, social media, website, awards, publications)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as competitions, tenders and direct client relationships
Prepare pitches, portfolios and presentations for potential clients and competitions
Work with architects and project managers to turn ongoing projects into compelling content
Update the firm's portfolio
Research new projects and draft formal tender proposals
Keep track of market developments, competitors and relevant tenders

Your profile

You hold a degree in communication, marketing, business administration or a related field (a background in architecture or construction is a plus, but not required)
You have at least 3 years of experience in PR, business development or acquisition, preferably within architecture, construction or a creative sector
You write and communicate excellently in Dutch and English; French is a plus
You are a strong, proactive networker who easily makes connections
You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on, decisive attitude
You have an affinity with architecture and design
