Job description:

As an Account director you are a first line representative of the company and its ideas. You excel in managing (client) relationships, and translating needs and opportunities into tangible briefings for your colleagues. Your playing field consists of proposals, budgets and deadlines. But most of all, you understand this is a people’s business, and you love every pixel of it.
You have a proactive attitude, and share your enthusiasm with colleagues, clients and partners. Because of your digital DNA, you comprehend the challenges when translating a marketing strategy into an actionable project.

What do we expect from you:  

• You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a senior account manager/account director in a marketing communication agency with digital DNA.
• You speak Dutch fluently and have no difficulties expressing yourself in French and English.
• You have a strong interest in cross media marketing and digital campaigning.
• You can guide and manage the workload of the account executive you work with.
• You are a critical sparring partner: helping to maximize creative & business ideas on one hand and driving the day-to-day operational tasks on the other.
• You are a convincing communicator, both towards your team as to senior client levels.
• You are flexible, able to work independently and result driven, aiming to exceed client expectations.
• You have excellent project management skills.
